Linux Technician – Cloud Collaboration Platforms Location: Sundsvall, Sweden Work Arrangement: On-site Assignment Type: Consultant Duration: Immediate start to 31 December 2028, with an option to extend until 31 December 2029 Workload: 100% Application Deadline: 18 October 2026 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Linux Technician to work with the administration, technical testing, and support of cloud-based collaboration platforms. The role includes coordinating technical testing activities, troubleshooting, and leading a team of Linux technicians to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery. You will work with open-source platforms, including Nextcloud, Jitsi, and Element, as well as support implementation and testing activities for XWiki and OpenProject. The assignment may also include on-call duties. Key Responsibilities Coordinate administration, support, and technical testing of collaboration platforms. Work with Nextcloud, Jitsi, and Element in large-scale environments. Coordinate implementation and technical testing of XWiki and OpenProject. Lead and coordinate Linux technicians. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance. Collaborate with technical teams and external stakeholders. Support operational reliability and service quality. Required Qualifications Competency level 4 or equivalent senior-level expertise. Very good spoken and written Swedish and good spoken and written English. At least 3 years of experience with Element administration, support, and technical testing in environments with more than 2,000 users. At least 3 years of experience with Jitsi administration, support, and technical testing in environments with more than 5,000 users. At least 3 years of experience with Nextcloud administration, support, and technical testing in environments with more than 2,000 users. Experience coordinating implementation and technical testing of XWiki. Experience coordinating implementation and technical testing of OpenProject. At least 3 years of experience in customer support and collaboration with external organizations. Additional Requirements At least 4 years of documented experience with Jira. At least 4 years of documented experience with Confluence. At least 2 years of documented experience with Elastic/Kibana. At least 2 years of documented experience with Grafana.
