We are now looking for Waiters and Restaurant/Kitchen assistants for RA Hospitality - the leading staffing company in the Nordic hospitality industry. RA Hospitality have been operating for over 25 years, with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Oslo. They provide staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing services to hotel chains, Michelin-starred restaurants, corporate restaurants, municipalities, conference venues, catering companies, and major arenas. Location: Malmö, Lund Who we are looking for: Waiters and Restaurant/Kitchen assistants Responsibilities for Waiters: Serving food and drinks at banquets, corporate events, and gala evenings Assisting with catering at networking events, private dinners, and parties Cleaning during and after events, setting up and packing up after events Responsibilities for Restaurant/Kitchen assistants: Food preparation and basic cooking Serving customers and working in the restaurant Dishwashing and cleaning Preparing for service Restocking supplies Assisting in the kitchen and restaurant wherever needed Following hygiene and food-handling procedures Requirements: You have very good command of English language Knowledge of Swedish language is a plus You have experience from working as a waiter or as restaurant/kitchen assistant (depending on the role you are applying for) You have another main occupation of at least 50%, such as work or studies You are flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends Ability to attend interview during the recruitment event in Malmö on October 20th. Your profile: Service-minded and positive Responsible and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to work well with different types of people Flexible and quick to adapt to new work environments Interested in the restaurant and hospitality industry What the employer offers: Part-time and extra employment opportunities You receive job opportunities via SMS and choose how much, when, and where you want to work. Important: This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. The participants hold residence permits in Sweden but do not have Swedish citizenship or EU/EEA citizenship.
