How you'll make an impact Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs across technical product and solution areas. Drive the modernization of learning by helping transform traditional classroom training into engaging digital, virtual, and blended learning experiences. Explore and leverage AI-powered tools and emerging learning technologies to improve content creation, learner engagement, and training effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and develop learning solutions that support business objectives. Create and continuously improve learning content, including e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training, guides, videos, and other interactive materials. Contribute to the development and governance of certification programs that support professional growth and organizational capability building. Analyze learner feedback, participation data, and learning outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Support learning communities and knowledge-sharing initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning. Ensure effective administration of learning activities, training records, certifications, and learning systems. Your background Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related field. Experience in training, digital learning and development, HR, administration, coordination, or a similar field is required. An interest in learning methodologies, training delivery, and capability development. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders. Comfortable working with digital tools and systems; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic, international environment. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish language skills are a plus.
